The Support Desk Team based in the NOC is the first port of call for any issue clients have. The introduction of Broadband has enabled a significant proportion of problems to be attended to remotely by the team thereby delivering quick response times, little disruption to the client.
We currently resolve approximately 85% of logged issues this way and to make it better, all remote work is free of charge!
