
A key part of any research you can do when choosing an IT supplier is to talk to existing clients and obtain frank and independent feedback! We believe in being totally open with prospective clients and have the confidence to be able to put them in touch with our existing clients. We will look to put them in touch with clients who have similar issues so that they can get frank feedback on key issues which might include our response levels, account management, overall service and technical capabilities.
Without being thorough in this part of the sales cycle it is our view that potential clients do not have everything that they need so as to make a fully informed decision.
