Our network operations centre (NOC) is based in Clerkenwell near to Farringdon Tube Station in Central London. This places us close to our client base, which is imperative for ensuring our response times can meet our required service levels.

Historically, our geographic focus has been installing, maintaining and upgrading client networks in and around Central London but increasingly we have been asked to support clients outside of London and also those who have relocated or have branch offices as part of their networks.

Additionally, with improvements in technology, and in particular communications, we have launched a new and revolutionary service called Roadtowork (part of Backbone), which takes away a lot of the dependency on the location of our clients.

Roadtowork is often attractive to businesses that need to replace all
their servers at one time or those starting out as there is no capital investment required for new hardware and software. We host the key applications in a highly secure data centre and clients using this service pay us a monthly subscription charge to access their network from virtually any Internet enabled PC.
